Walking into Hunan (Guangdong) Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park in Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, you can see rows upon rows of newly built factories and project construction is in full swing as enterprises have poured into the park.
This industrial park is the first industrial chain project in the province introduced from the Greater Bay Area. After completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 30 billion yuan, generate annual tax revenue of more than 1.5 billion yuan, and provide over 50,000 jobs.
Since the first batch of settlements in August, 2017, the park has received more than 120 enterprises with over 70 projects under construction.
In recent years, Guiyang County has upgraded its investment attraction model from enterprise introduction to the whole industry chain introduction.
Based on the “three-level support” mechanism, Guiyang provides a whole-process service in project negotiation, site selection, procedure approval, land acquisition and relocation.
The park is focusing on the construction of warehousing and distribution center, logistics center, exhibition center, quality control center, product design and R&D center as well as e-commerce trading center. It strives to start construction of more than 100 home appliance enterprises above the scale by 2025, with more than 50 projects completed and put into operation. The annual output value is expected to reach 12 billion yuan, and the total technical, industrial and trade income is anticipated to exceed 30 billion yuan.
